We are looking for an Integrity Manager (100%) on a 2-year contract, with the option of extension.

Mission

The Integrity Manager will lead the further development, implementation, and operation of the organisation’s integrity system, including identification of integrity and quality controls and checkpoints, implementation of processes to manage integrity, quality, and data, and implementation of technological solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the further development, implementation, and operation of a quality assurance and integrity system for the PEFC certification system
  • Analyse the findings on the PEFC certification processes resulting from the implementation of the integrity system and share the results with the organization and relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the PEFC data strategy and certification system digitalization, through consensus building among the organisation’s stakeholders
  • Coordinate the organisation’s relationship with the accreditation world, including the development, implementation, and operation of requirements for accreditation bodies
  • Coordination of complaints and appeals
  • Provide guidance and support to the PEFC technical documents development
  • Work with PEFC Board, staff, members, accreditation bodies, certification bodies, and certificate holders to ensure the correct implementation of the integrity programme
  • Support the further development of the PEFC international training programme
  • Support relevant working groups in relation to integrity issues
  • Support the management and implementation of ongoing projects
  • Partner proactively with the PEFC unit teams and their projects

Requirements

  • University degree in management, administration, international or political science, natural resources management, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in management system development, implementation, and operation in complex organizations operating globally, linked to quality assurance and integrity 
  • Previous experience in integrity systems for certification systems
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Flexibility with excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding the needs and concerns of different stakeholders of/in a membership organisation
  • Excellent skills in social relationships and cooperation with colleagues and teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language is an asset
  • Ability to travel
  • The position can be based in Europe with around 40% of the working time in the Geneva Office
  • European nationality, Swiss or valid working permit for Switzerland
