EUDR DDS module training: Vietnam

Auditor training

Experienced auditors, reviewers, and certification decision makers are invited to register for a PEFC recognised PEFC EUDR DDS module training on 7 February 2025.

This training is designed for qualified PEFC chain of custody auditors, reviewers or certification decision makers who seek to provide audits against the new PEFC EUDR DDS module, PEFC ST 2002-1:2024.

The details

The one-day training takes place 7 February 2025 in the Vietnam Forest Certification Office in Hanoi.

This training will focus on the PEFC EUDR Due Diligence System, PEFC ST 2002-1:2024 equipping auditors with the knowledge they need to help companies transition to the new DDS module standard, which is a pathway to EUDR alignment.

Before the training, participants are expected to read the PEFC EUDR DDS module. Participants will also be provided with case studies in advance of the training and will need to provide their answers to the trainers.

The training will be given by PEFC International Technical Expert Nguyen Van Bich and will be held in Vietnamese.

The participation fee for the training is 100 CHF. The registration deadline is 3 February 2025.

Knowledge test

Following the training, participants will have three weeks to complete the online EUDR DDS knowledge test. Participants that pass this test will receive certificates that are aligned with their chain of custody training. Successful participants will also be added to the PEFC register of trained auditors, reviewers, and certification decision makers.
