Auditor training
Experienced auditors, reviewers, and certification decision makers are invited to register for a PEFC recognised chain of custody and EUDR DDS refresher training on 18-19 December 2025.
This refresher training is designed for qualified PEFC auditors, reviewers or certification decision makers who wish to maintain their qualification to issue certification against the 2020 PEFC chain of custody related standards, as required by PEFC ST 2003.
The details
The two-day training takes place in-person on 18-19 December 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This training will cover the latest PEFC chain of custody updates according to Chain of Custody Guidance for Use, PEFC GD 2001, including the scope and management system, input-output process, the PEFC Due Diligence System (DDS), the chain of custody methods, and multi-site certification.
It will also cover the 2020 PEFC Trademarks standard, 2020 Certification Body Requirements standard, and the PEFC EUDR Due Diligence System, PEFC ST 2002-1:2024.
The training will equip auditors with the knowledge they need to help companies transition to the new DDS module standard, which is a pathway to EUDR alignment.
Before the training, participants are expected to read the related PEFC standards. Participants will also be provided with case studies in advance of the training and will need to provide their answers to the trainers.
The training will be given by PEFC International Technical Expert Adibah Mohamad Aris and will be held in English.
The participation fee for the training is RM1,500.00.
