The automated workflow simplifies collecting and handling required information, providing safe and effective EUDR due diligence execution through:

- Data protection, security and privacy, the selective release of data
- Identification of country/supplier/delivery risk level
- Tailor-made risk assessments for various countries
- Satellite imagery deforestation report of a forest plot
- Accumulated geolocation data
- Unique bottom-up approach that cleverly distributes the workload
- Downstream audit checklist trail functionality and report generation
- Segregation of wood with non-compliances
- Timber traceability and provenance authentication is secured by applying the     Dcode marking geolocation data set
- Automated DDS (Due Diligence Statement) creation, submission and storage

Traceability and Authentication functionality

Timber ID is an AI-driven DeepTech solution for harvested timber identification.

The solution provides an accurate and transparent timber traceability method, which is based on geolocation provenance data.

A proprietary unique, variable code-marking technology named Dcode is tamper-proof, eco-friendly, and cost-effective.

TimberID provides a robust satellite imagery forest plot deforestation report on demand.

Select a forest plot from the database and enable the process with just one click!

Total report 10 pages

It’s an important and valuable risk mitigation measure, particularly when it includes thorough analysis going beyond the prevalence of tree cover, a powerful tool in effectively preventing deforestation or forest degradation risks.

TimberID Deforestation Report structure:

- Report summary
- Satellite images sourcing - Copernicus Sentinel
- Forest maintained map, lost forest, gained forest, from 2020 to date, on full year
- Basic data about the plot, as surface area, coordinates, biomass
- Forest cover map for the year 2020 provided by the EC JRC
- Tropical Tree Cover, 2020
- Satellite image + Forest mask - annual forest loss view
- 2020-2023 - Satellite image + Forest mask
- Risk of future deforestation based on historical data
- Verification of commodity plots
- Map of proximity to population centres risk
- Map of flood risk, Map of fires risk, Map of farmland proximity risk

The Wood Flow

The Wood Flow model is allowing for a straightforward and transparent timber traceability, based on source geolocations, upstreaming the selective document sharing, DDS (Due Diligence Statement) creation, and submission to EU Traces portal, tracks the digital delivery note transaction flow within the supply chain, as well as is providing the downstream audit process.

Documentation is securely uploaded and shared only during inspections or due diligence audits conducted by downstream traders or third parties, by using the TimberID partnership selective document release feature.
